HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY FOR BLUVINTAGE DOVER & TANGER LOCATIONS:
ANY ITEMS BOUGHT BETWEEN BLACK FRIDAY 11/25/24 THRU CHRISTMAS EVE 12/24/24 ARE ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN BY JANUARY 6TH 2025. MUST RETURN WHERE PURCHASED. MUST HAVE GIFT RECEIPT OR ORIGINAL RECEIPT FOR FULL REFUND. AFTER JANUARY 6TH, NO HOLIDAY RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED. NO STORE CREDIT. the same process of returns apply, please read below.

If at this location, please follow guidelines below.
All returns must be processed at original purchasing location.
Merchandise may be returned for store credit or refund, within 14 days of purchase. Returns will not be accepted after the 14-day period. Due to limited inventory, we are unable to offer exchanges. All returns must be processed at original location. NOTE: Purchases made with Tanger gift card will be processed as BLUvintage Store Credit only. No Refunds.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in PERFECT, NEW, UNWORN, UNUSED, and UNWASHED condition, with original tags attached. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Please inspect your purchase for any damage prior to check-out.
If any of the following is present, the return is subject for denial.
- Detached tags
- Deodorant Marks
- Makeup
- Lingering odor (smoke, cologne, perfume, etc)
- Any visible fabric strain due to wear or incorrect sizing
- Any stains.
- Shoes must be in pristine, unworn condition
Non-returnable items:
Gift cards, Jewelry, Swimwear, Soaps, Sale Items, Intimates, Sanitary Goods, Purses, Accessories, Bodysuits, Cosmetics, Toiletries, Monogram or any custom made items, Hosiery, Hats, Specialty Apparel, Hair Accessories, Candles, Lighters, Candy or any Final Sale Items.

Online returns are not accepted in any store locations.

To return your product, please include your order number and name. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. All items must be postmarked within 14 days of original shipping date. Customer is responsible for return shipping; we recommend tracking your return. BLUvintage is not responsible for lost returns. You will be notified via email, at the email address listed on your account when your order was placed when return is processed. Rejected returns will be sent back to the customer at the customer’s expense. An email will be sent regarding details of your denied return.
